At the foot of Hiruzen Sanza, a spacious and verdant area, many horses are spending their time in a relaxed and energetic manner. Please come and see the horses.
At the age of 35, he founded Noah Co., Ltd. and began operating the Hiruzen Horse Park as its designated manager.
At the age of 42, he began training in Germany, a major equestrian country, and won the All-Japan Dressage Championships the following year. 44 years old, he competed in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. The following year, he competed in the World Championships in Tryon, U.S.A. By the age of 47, he won the All Japan Dressage Championships for the second time.
At the age of 48, he founded Old Friends Japan, a general incorporated association, and began to protect retired racehorses. He also won the All Japan Dressage Championships for the third time at the age of 49 and competed in the World Dressage Championships in Haanning, Denmark, for the second time.
He is still based overseas for more than half of the year as an active rider, while managing a riding club and tourism business, working to protect retired racehorses and improve their current condition, promoting sports culture in his hometown of Maniwa City, giving lectures, introducing equestrian sports, and teaching younger riders at youth groups, high school equestrian clubs, and animal breeding colleges. He also travels to other prefectures in Japan. He is also involved in activities to improve the level of equestrian sports in Japan as a whole, such as visiting other prefectures to give clinics, and he is training himself to take on new challenges in the world of equestrian sports.
From the time I rode on the back of a pony at my family's riding club as a child, horses have been my life-long partners.
My encounters with many horses have connected me with many people and opened the door to the world, a great stage for me. From now on, I would like to contribute to the future of the people, cities, and horses that have nurtured and supported me, and to give back to those that have guided me.
VISION
Aiming to create a world where horses and people can live together, we will nurture the next generation of horsemen here in Maniwa City and send them to the world of horses, both in Japan and abroad. We hope that these “Maniwa City Brand” horsemen will support the horse world, draw out the horse's power, and expand the future of people and horses in their respective fields.

Initiatives with Maniwa City
In order to discover the next generation of horsemen, we provide guidance to younger students in high school equestrian clubs and animal breeding colleges.
Students come from all over the country to study in an environment where they can grow and improve themselves along with their horses.
In order to acquire not only specialized knowledge about horses, but also to strengthen their own mentality and acquire skills as athletes, we invite specialized lecturers from outside the company.
We have an environment where each student can be self-reliant.

We support children of all ages, from youth groups to university students, from all over Japan, not only from Maniwa City and Okayama Prefecture, but also from other prefectures and countries, who want to train here at Hiruzen Horse Park.
Experienced, proven, and active riders will teach training methods, knowledge, and techniques from Europe, a major equestrian country.
For those who have reasons that make it difficult to actually visit this place, such as “it is too far away” or “it is hard to find time,” we also focus on remote lessons with cell phone connection, which allows us to provide instruction even when the distance is too great.
We also teach a wide range of other disciplines, such as children who want to become horse riders as well as dressage riders, and children who want to work with horses in Europe.
We support children who have a future and a dream, starting from the youth group, so that they will be able to go out into the world.

We accept retired racehorses and retrain them as boarding horses to support their second careers. Some of the retired racehorses that we have retrained serve as partners for junior teams. Some of our horses have competed in national competitions in para equestrian events. We are expanding the places where each horse can play an active role by making the most of their abilities and individuality.

In cooperation with Maniwa City, which is promoting initiatives aimed at the “symbiosis between horses and people,” we visit local elementary schools and facilities (demonstrations and feeding), hold citizens' riding classes, and provide hands-on horse therapy sessions.
